Masala chai is a delicious beverage from India made with a mixture of aromatic Indian spices and herbs. You get to sip it up a lot during our rickshaw races. ‘Tea was first brought to India by the British in the 17th century. The Indians took one taste of the Brit’s char and decided to make something a bit more flavorful. There are countless recipes for Chai, some with mint, others with lemongrass – each decadent and worth trying.’
