Masala chai is a delicious beverage from India made with a mixture of aromatic Indian spices and herbs. You get to sip it up a lot during our rickshaw races. ‘Tea was first brought to India by the British in the 17th century. There are countless recipes for Chai, some with mint, others with lemongrass – each decadent and worth trying.’
